National Society

Founded in 1890, the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution is a women’s volunteer service organization dedicated today to the same objectives it was founded upon -- promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America’s future through better education for children.

As the most inclusive lineal society in the country, DAR boasts 170,000 members in 3,000 chapters across the United States and internationally.
